Stretch marks can occur during sudden changes in body size, such as during pregnancy, puberty, or rapid weight-gain. Ninety percent of pregnant women will get stretch marks around their abdomen, hips and thighs, and unfortunately, they seem to be genetic — if your mom had stretch marks, odds are that you will too, however, you can treat stretch marks with some dermatologist treatments and home remedies.
You Need:
-1 tsp white sugar
-1 Tbsp caster oil (alternatively olive or coconut oil)
-Half lemon squeezed (1/4 cup lemon juice)
-1 vitamin e capsule (popped)
Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge in a glass container (for 1-2 weeks). Apply with bristle brush, rub a little of the solution onto your desired area and move the brush in circular movements for around 5 minutes. Do this daily. You should also moisturize the area regularly (with whatever moisturizer you like or just caster oil)
