How to Make the Best Cheeseburger Party Buns


Cheeseburgers are an all-time party favorite. The juicy meat, melted cheese, crisp bun, and flavorful toppings together create the perfect combination. Here’s what you’ll need to get started:

1 lb. ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cups diced onion
3-4 cloves of minced garlic
1, 10-oz. can of Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
12 slices cheddar cheese
12 dinner rolls

For the glaze, you’ll also need:

½ cup butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F, and coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
Set a large skillet pan on the stove and heat on high. Add the beef to the skillet and season with THE salt, pepper, mustard powder, cumin, and paprika.
Then, add the onion and garlic in to cook while stirring occasionally.

Once the beef and onions are browned, stir in the drained Ro-Tel tomatoes until everything is combined thoroughly.

Next, place the bottom half of the buns in your prepared pan.

Add the cooked beef to the buns.

Top it off with the sliced cheese.

Then, add the top of the bun.

To make the glaze, mix all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it’s all melted and combined, pour the mixture over the buns.

 After baking for 25 minutes, pull the pan out of the oven and enjoy the best burgers you’ve ever had in your life!
